– The Baltic states have made a decision that there will be no relief when it comes to admitting Russians. There is simply the risk of hybrid activities and provocation. Under the guise of desertion, saboteurs or people associated with the Russian armed forces may penetrate these countries, explained Soloch.

He added that it was necessary to verify the scale of refusals and panic before mobilization. – If the attempts to escape from Russia were really massive, counted in thousands, we should coordinate it with other countries in the region – first of all with the Balts, but also with Finland aspiring to NATO, said the head of the National Security Bureau.
