The Taiwanese company AOC is not slowing down and after the recent presentation of two new monitors (U27G3X/BK and U32G3X/BK), it announces the introduction of a similar design. This time, however, players will receive a Fast VA matrix with Mini LED backlight instead of the previous IPS. Thanks to this, we will certainly not complain about the peak brightness, and the contrast and resolution will be good enough. There is also support for Adaptive-Sync.
AOC Q27G3XMN/BK is the latest monitor for gamers, characterized by a 27-inch Fast VA matrix with Mini LED backlight. In addition, we can count on a quite decent price.
AOC U27G3X/BK and U32G3X/BK – new monitors for gamers that will offer 4K IPS matrices and ergonomic design
In terms of the design itself, we will notice almost no changes compared to the previously mentioned new models. The monitor is equipped with a Fast VA matrix with zoned Mini LED FALD (Full Array Local Dimming) backlight, which uses 336 dimming zones. The screen resolution is 2560 x 1440 px, and the refresh rate is 180 Hz. We can also use the open Adaptive-Sync image synchronization standard. Due to the matrix used, we can expect very good black, and therefore contrast, while the Mini LED backlight allows for a peak brightness of 700 nits. The response time is 1 ms (GtG).

AOC CU34G3X – 34-inch curved gaming monitor that offers UWQHD resolution and high refresh rate
The display has good color coverage, as you can see by looking at the table above. There are not many ports that we can use to connect image sources. There is only one HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 connector on board. In terms of ergonomics, however, it is quite good: the monitor can adjust the angle of inclination, rotation, and the height itself. We can also easily use it in a vertical position or place it on a wall (VESA 100×100). The manufacturer intends to introduce the model to sale in November 2023 for PLN 1,780.
