The cars of the prosecutor’s office employees were doused with a foul-smelling liquid

According to the grodzisk.naszemiasto.pl portal, the event was to take place on December 19, 2022. The police received the report on December 22. “The perpetrator damaged a total of five vehicles. Crime scene officers and a police technician who secured traces were at the scene“- tells journalists Senior Sergeant Aleksandra Hoffmann, press officer of the police in Grodzisk Wielkopolski and adds that the cars of employees of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Grodzisk Wielkopolski were doused with “a chemical substance that emits a nuisance smell”.

The substance is not yet known. It is known that this is permanent damage, because the smell cannot be removed. The police have not yet released details of what they are doing.

“Proceedings are currently being conducted in the case, not against someone. The police, under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office, determine the exact circumstances of this event, strive to detect the perpetrator and bring him to justice“- commented in an interview with the local portal Łukasz Wawrzyniak, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Poznań.

“Until we have the perpetrator, it’s hard to talk about the motives. We are conducting activities aimed at clarifying whether it was a hooligan prank or a retaliatory action taken, for example, by a suspect dissatisfied with being charged by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Grodzisk Wielkopolski“- he ends.
