Patrizio Billio was born on April 19, 1974 in Treviso, Italy. At the age of 16, he started training with the youth teams of AC Milan. After two years, the talented football player was transferred to the first team. He never made his debut in it. During his career, the former midfielder played in at Crystal Palace, Dundee and Aberdeen. As an active player, he last played in 2010 for the Italian Colligiana. After announcing his retirement, he moved to Kuwait where he served as head coach and technical director of the LOYAC academy.
