After a warm start to the week, cold air is starting to gain the upper hand today, that’s why from the north-east the temperature quickly drops below 0 degrees Celsius and the rain turns into snow. On Wednesday morning it will probably be frosty throughout Poland.
A dangerous storm is coming over Poland. There will be winds of up to 100 km per hour.
We don’t have much chance for warmth during the day, because the mercury will show the maximum from -4/-3 degrees C in the Foothills and -2/0 degrees C in the east, south and center up to 3-4 degrees C at the seaside. However, what is comforting is the fact that there should finally be more sun. Snow will fall only in the south, and mixed precipitation is possible in Pomerania and Żuławy.

However, the weather will calm down only for a moment. Already on the night from Wednesday to Thursday and on Thursday, a system of fronts will enter Poland, and with it lots of clouds, storms and rainfall, which can be intense at times and a sharp drop in atmospheric pressure.
At night it will snow, turning into rain, temporarily freezing and causing black ice, but during the day we predict rain everywhere, because it will get much warmer, a maximum of 0 degrees C in the Bieszczady Mountains, 2-4 degrees C in the east up to approx. 10 degrees C near Szczecin.
