21/11/2023
On November 13-17, 2023, the National Fire Service Training Center in Opole organized another basic training in technical rescue carried out by KSRG. 12 State Fire Service officers from the Opole Voivodeship participated in the training.
The training was carried out in accordance with the “Technical rescue training program implemented by KSRG in the basic scope”. The theoretical classes covered issues related to the construction of vehicles, basic rescue operations and their safety.
During the practical classes, the main focus was on rescue operations and equipment used in technical rescue. During the classes, training participants improved techniques for freeing injured people from wrecks of passenger cars, trucks and buses using hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Special thanks are due to the Intercity Remtrak Opole company for helping in the implementation of practical classes related to rail rescue and to the MZK Opole and Szic Opole companies for the presentation and discussion of the construction of vehicles with alternative electric power supply (buses and passenger cars).
The training was conducted by instructors from the State Fire Service Training Center in Opole and the State Fire Service District Headquarters in Krapkowice. Special words of thanks to senior asp. Paweł Schreiber for his time and knowledge provided during the practical part of the training.
