The decision of the station’s management is related to the poor results of the programs that appeared in the station’s autumn schedule. Edward Miszczak, who has been the station’s program director since January, introduced three new shows – “Real Housewives. Wives of Warsaw”, “Temptation Island Polska” and “Doda. Dream Show”. None of these programs became a hit in the fall schedule.
– Of course, there were programs that just didn’t work out. It is clear that they are below our expectations. We reacted relatively quickly. Programs were removed or changed their bands, and costs were reduced – said Stanisław Janowski, president of Telewizja Polsat, recently.
-However, even changing the broadcast time “The Real Housewives. Wives of Warsaw” and “Temptation Island Polska” did not improve the viewing figures for these shows. The station has already decided that it will not produce further seasons of these programs.
