cast Superman: Legacy it keeps expanding. Just recently we heard about María Gabriela de Faría being cast as The Engineer, and now we finally know who the new Lex Luthor will be. As reported by Deadline, Nicholas Hoult he will play this villain. The actor became famous for his performance as Beast in the X-Men series.
Hoult was one of the main candidates for this role, which had been discussed for several months. There was also speculation about the possible choice of one of the Skarsgård brothers – Bill or Alexander.
Lex Luthor is an intellectual genius and powerful businessman who harbors an intense hatred of Superman. He will do absolutely anything to destroy it and then rule Metropolis and the entire world. Apart from his intelligence, his greatest strengths are his ability to manipulate and his specially designed battle armor that increases his physical strength and resistance.
