Justyna Kulka’s joining the Supervisory Board of Polsat was confirmed by Wirtualnemedia.pl Tomasz Matwiejczuk, the company’s spokesman.
– At the same time, the supervisory board decided to entrust Justyna Kulka with supervision over programming matters in all our channels. Justyna will therefore supervise programming issues at Telewizja Polsat – according to internal information sent to Polsat employees, which we obtained.
Polsat cannot count this autumn as successful in terms of programming – new reality shows prepared for the new program director, Edward Miszczak “Temptation Island Poland” and “Real Housewives. “Wives of Warsaw” was not a successand (after three weeks it was moved to a later time). According to Nielsen data, Polsat’s share in the period from September 1 to October 19 this year. in the commercial group 16-59 it was 7.26%. (6.68% less than a year earlier), which gave the station second place after TVN.
– Of course, there were programs that just didn’t work out. It is clear that they are below our expectations. We reacted relatively quickly. Programs were canceled or changed their bands, and costs were reduced – this is how Stanisław Janowski, president of Telewizja Polsat, recently commented on the results of the autumn schedule.
In mid-October this year Polsat took “Cabaret Live” off the air, but this had nothing to do with its viewership (Polsat did not reveal the reasons). However, it had a negative impact on the station’s results, because it is one of Polsat’s most popular positions.

According to unofficial information, the preparation of the spring schedule was to be entrusted to the president, Stanisław Janowski, and Katarzyna Wajda, deputy program director, i.e. Miszczak’s deputy, and previously Nina Terentiew’s deputy. Miszczak was to be given the role of a consultant.

Previously, Kulka worked in other telecoms: in 2008-2012 she was the marketing director of the business market at Play, and in 2001-2008 she worked at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (currently T-Mobile Polska), among others. as head of the transactional products department and the content and partner management department.
