“Kitchen Revolutions” has been one of TVN’s flagship productions since 2010, and their power is evidenced by the fact that the 25th (!) installment of the series will premiere on March 3. Hardly anyone expected then that the program based on the British format would become such a hit, and unknown to anyone at the time Magda Gessler will grow into culinary authority and television icon.
It would seem that this success Gessler thanks above all Edward Miszczak, who until last year held the position of program director. Now the interested woman herself cuts off all guesses in the latest interview, claiming that – unlike many colleagues from the station – she never belonged to the “fan club” of the former boss.

It turns out that Edward was not convinced by the idea that Magda would travel with cameras around Polish cities on a mission to save local restaurants, by the way demolishing them and throwing juicy epithets at its owners. In an interview with Wirtualna Polska, the 69-year-old admitted that, contrary to media reports, she received information about Miszczak’s transfer to Polsat without much emotion.
Do I have to be honest? I am not interested in the structures of the place where I work at all she assured. I’m glad he has the views he has – because they are my views – but I’m basically not on TVN, I’m on the set. I am not involved in the organizational structure of this station at all.
The son of the founder of TVN, who died in December last year, was to stand up for the “creator of taste and style”. Peter Walter.
I really liked, with a distance, Edward Miszczak. He was never the originator of this program [“Kuchennych rewolucji – przyp. red.]on the contrary, even voted against it. Piotr Walter helped me a lot and was “for” – convinces the celebrity.
In the next part of the interview, the famous restaurateur revealed that she had only professional relations with Miszczak, and in this case one cannot speak of more intimacy. She also emphasized that she respects Polsat’s program director and cannot deny him professionalism.-
In general, I think Edward had a great distance from me, also sympathy she said. And I? I’ve never been able to have dinner alone with him. I never stood in line on his birthday to congratulate him. Yes, I sent him a cake, I respect this man, I think he is very creative, but I don’t like having personal contact with people who manage such a large stationbecause I would like to be “Switzerland” – independent, without influence.
When asked about the rumors about her transfer to Polsat, the star assured that they were completely fabricated and never considered such a scenario.
I was laughing at the rumors, no one is going to drag me anywhere. It is known that I have a very strong personality, I am a very loyal person, I like the station where I work, I feel good in it and this is the only station i can work with for now she added at the end.
Do you think that Magda Gessler will fall for the former boss with this honest interview?

I think she spoke very professionally. As if she was going to hurt him
That’s why she didn’t stand in line. Because he didn’t believe in them and didn’t promote them like others. She was beyond the colic of mutual admiration-
